Squaw Valley Bridal Styled Shoot

Moonlight Lace’s first ever styled shoot, up in the beautiful mountains of Squaw Valley.  Having a done a shoot at this location for Squaw Valley Resort the year prior, I had told myself that ‘if I ever get the store up and running, this location would be where I would want to do my first shoot’.  Fast forward a year later, same crew, my old roommate Kate and my doula Andrea let me go an adventure with them, this time with a garment bag full of wedding dresses.  We billy-goated over rocks, jumped a stream, got nakey on a trail as hikers were walking by, laughed a lot, and just enjoyed each other’s company in the beauty of nature.  It was the perfect first shoot- 3 friends, no pressure, and the most beautiful setting.  The photos ended up being perfect for our website launch, and were all the photos used in our initial marketing materials.  I couldn’t have done it without this amazing team, and I am forever grateful to them.
